Full Moon in Capricorn

Looking at the moon the last couple of nights, you might think the moon has been at 100% illumination for a while. But to be precise, the full moon will be here today, 3rd July, at 12:38, when every part of the moon that we see will be lit by the Sun. As the moon moves so quickly around Earth, it will pass through all 12 zodiac signs every month. This July full moon is in Capricorn.

On a personal note, last year my husband and I had given up on ever having kids, but as the New Moon before the Capricorn Full Moon is in Gemini (and my Moon sign is Gemini), I did a final push for a baby in the Gemini season, to "double" our family. During the New Moon I set my intentions, I visualised myself getting pregnant and having a baby 9 months later. I did all the manifesting work, giving it one more chance, before really releasing the dream to become a mother during the next Full Moon. But by the time the Capricorn Full Moon came around last year, I had found out I was pregnant!

Yes, it might be completely coincidental that I finally got pregnant that month. But to me, working with the lunar cycle just added that little extra boost my body needed, and working with my Moon sign seemed to have been a good idea. We are so much more than just our Sun signs!
